Permalink I am almost certain that this came from one of the earlier episodes of Detective Conan, because it is only in the early episodes and in the movies that Takagi-keiji’s skin tone is darker. (I figure this isn’t from a movie because his hair is no longer as spiky (?) as this in the later episodes).
